Hello. I went to the doctor yesterday with my daughter (and her little boy, but that's another story), for his routine 2-year test, and the doctor told me she has a heart murmur ... . I say that is normal, and we are seeing on the waiting list for the pediatric cardiologist, but I'm still interested ... Anyone else have this?

Let me tell you my story:) I was born with two holes in my heart (PDA and VSD). Both were closed successfully at the age of 4 months ago. I had a valvular leak, leading to a heart murmur. It did not hurt me physically, but it is incredibly small before the operation. Due to the fact of the leak, I need the medicine of the dentist. Make sure you push your doctor for answers. My doctor when I was younger, I told my parents that I was perfectly healthy when he was in fact a sick child. I hope your daughter is, of course deleted. My husband is 37 and has a heart murmur. Her life is normal and does not affect them in any aspect.

I was born with a heart defect and hole in my heart. each year and concluded the noise was about 3 or 4, but I have SVT (heart problems unrelated). I'm sure it must be scary and disturbing, as it was for my parents ... But with all the technology today is in good hands. a pediatric cardiologist, is the best bet. (I went to AI Dupont I loved her, but I'm biased), and then try to over-activity (on the part of it indeed limit) easier said than done. Enjoy the best ... -Jess
